Lake Front Property

Although Utah lake sits directly in front of our subdivision between us and the lake is Lincoln Beach Road. On the lake side of the road is a strip of land that is too narrow to subdivide but nice enough for us to enjoy. We were able to purchase this strip of land in 2018 and are excited to make some improvements to that area. We would like to fence it off on the side near the road and perhaps put a shed down there to hold HOA equipment. It would be nice to have a pavilion area for all of us to enjoy. For now, the improvements to this area keep getting pushed to the back of our priority list but we have completed several items. We had the area around the lake pump cleaned up and the irrigation ditch lined with rock, We have had some awesome gates fabricated and installed. We are all looking forward to enjoying this area more as we get our homes completed and we are there on a full time basis! As you can see the view is beautiful!
